Αποστολή με τη μεταφορική εταιρία με την οποία συνεργάζεστε με εκτιμώμενο χρόνο παράδοσης 1–2 εργάσιμες ημέρες για την ηπειρωτική Ελλάδα.
Courier
Αποστολή με εταιρία courier της επιλογής σας για αποστολές δεμάτων μικρού όγκου.
Παραλαβή από τις εγκαταστάσεις μας
Δυνατότητα δωρεάν παραλαβής της παραγγελίας σας απευθείας από τις εγκαταστάσεις της SuperGreens.
ΑΠΟΣΤΟΛΕΣ ΣΤΗΝ ΕΥΡΩΠΗ
Η SuperGreens πραγματοποιεί αποστολές σε χώρες της Ευρώπης μέσω διεθνών μεταφορικών εταιριών ή courier.
· Ο τρόπος αποστολής και το κόστος μεταφοράς καθορίζονται κατόπιν συνεννόησης.
· Ο χρόνος παράδοσης εξαρτάται από τη χώρα προορισμού και τη μέθοδο αποστολής.
ΑΠΟΣΤΟΛΕΣ ΕΚΤΟΣ ΕΥΡΩΠΗΣ
Η SuperGreens υποστηρίζει αποστολές και σε χώρες εκτός Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης.
Για τις αποστολές αυτές:
• Ακολουθείται η προβλεπόμενη διαδικασία εξαγωγής και εκτελωνισμού.
• Τυχόν τελωνειακά έξοδα, δασμοί ή φόροι επιβαρύνουν τον πελάτη.
• Ο τρόπος αποστολής επιλέγεται από τον πελάτη, ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες του, όπως ενδεικτικά θαλάσσια ή αεροπορική μεταφορά.
• Ο χρόνος παράδοσης εξαρτάται από τη χώρα προορισμού, τον επιλεγμένο τρόπο αποστολής και τις τελωνειακές διαδικασίες.
Το τμήμα εξαγωγών της SuperGreens παρέχει υποστήριξη και καθοδήγηση για τη διαδικασία αποστολής και εξαγωγής, κατόπιν επικοινωνίας.
Σημείωση:
Σε κάθε περίπτωση τα μεταφορικά έξοδα, τυχόν τελωνειακά έξοδα, δασμοί ή φόροι επιβαρύνουν τον πελάτη και καταβάλλονται απευθείας στη μεταφορική εταιρία ή στην courier, ανάλογα με την επιλογή αποστολής.
Ανωτέρα Βία
Η SuperGreens δεν φέρει ευθύνη για καθυστερήσεις στην εκτέλεση της παραγγελίας, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της παράδοσης, οι οποίες οφείλονται σε περιστάσεις που δεν μπορούν να αποδοθούν σε υπαιτιότητά της ή σε περιπτώσεις ανωτέρας βίας.
Σε τέτοιες περιπτώσεις, η SuperGreens δικαιούται εύλογη παράταση του χρόνου εκτέλεσης της παραγγελίας.
Ενδεικτικά και όχι περιοριστικά, ως περιστάσεις ανωτέρας βίας θεωρούνται γεγονότα όπως απεργίες, τρομοκρατικές ενέργειες, πολεμικές συγκρούσεις, προβλήματα προμηθευτών, μεταφοράς ή παραγωγής, διακυμάνσεις συναλλαγματικών ισοτιμιών, κυβερνητικές ή νομοθετικές πράξεις, καθώς και φυσικές καταστροφές.
